What are the "Must See & Must Do" things....

Really, I think the scenery in Barbados is a "must see", as the island is so lush and beautiful, with the Caribbean on one side and the Atlantic on the other. If you took a taxi tour of the island with a few stops for photo op's (maybe a van, since you have a wheelchair), that would be a lovely way to spend a few hours. We enjoyed seeing 'The Highlands', a spot they say resembles the Scottish Highlands. It's a very beautiful spot to stroll around a bit and enjoy looking out at the ocean and the hillsides for a bit. From there, you can go on to the Flower Forest, perhaps, if you like gardens, and then to Bathsheba. Bathsheba is on the Atlantic coast, and is spectacular, with its stormy surf and large boulders. There are also some historic churches that, if you don't want to tour, you can have the driver at least drive by, as they are really lovely. The Wildlife Reserve is nice also, if that is something you are interested in.

Hope this gives you some ideas.
