This board is the only place I can brag about this where people will actually understand or care what I have to say. But I got my first upsell today. Went from an interior cabin on the upper deck to an OV on the Empress for only 50 dollars total. I am so excited to have a window! We had one on our last (first cruise) and now we are taking our two year old and really wanted him to be able to sit up in that window and watch the water.

 

Thanks for reading and possibly sharing in my excitement. :)

Technically it was an upsell email, lol. They sent it and I had to call them. But, hey, I got to upgrade! :) To maybe answer your question though, I got the email straight from Carnival and I don't think it matters who you booked through as long as you have a booking number and Carnival has your email address.
