No, only verandah suites and above. None of the cabins from Lower Promenade deck down have them.

I have read you can arrange in advance to rent one if you are in a cabin that does not have one. I think the charge is $2 per day but remember it takes up space and uses the precious electrical outlet. They don't get all that cool, in some cases. We've had some that barely chill a can of soda but others that are colder.
