Cheers Michael Hi, the surcharge is $20. It is an Asian degustation so you will get about 6 or 7 courses. I am not sure exactly what culture the food is from, it is nothing you would normally order from a restaurant. I think you either love or hate the food. Myself and the girl I was with loved it, but I have read and heard many bad reviews. I think you need to go in with an attitude to try anything. The covercharge is $20 pp - and it's an 8 course degusation menu. It's mostly chinese in origin. We went as a group of four - and so enough of each course was brought out for us to try. It's all small serves as that's all you need. They have 2 menus (Menu A and Menu B) which change throughout the cruise - we had Menu A. 7 of the 8 courses are fixed, but the "main course" have a choice from 5 meals - you can chose as many or as few as you like. We chose 4 of the 5 - we passed on the vegetarian option.
