Selecting between Sheraton, Hilton or Embasy Suites

I've narrowed down my pre-cruise hotels down to the Hilton on 17th St, the Embassy Suites on 17th St and the Sheraton on Seabreeze Blvd. I've heard a lot of nice things about the Embassy Suites but they are the highest priced hotel in May and I was wondering if anyone has stayed in the other two and/or can give me recommendations as to why one would be better than the other. First time cruiser so I want no hassles. Any advice would be appreciated.

The Sheraton is nice but isn't near much. ES is in the best location for stores and dining. Hilton is nice, waterfront, really close to the port, and you can walk to some restaurants and Walgreens from there.
