Cat E obstructed view on CB

Can someone tell me what exactly is the obstruction? On the deck plan, there are lifeboats in front of the other categories of obstructed view, but not in front of these. Specifically, we are looking at cabin E710

Looking at it, I am pretty sure there is none even though it states obstructed. Those deck plans you are looking at are right on. We have had two cabins on that deck and I picked what I thought were cabins between lifeboats and that was just what they were. ;)

Thanks so much! So, it looks like only 705 and 707 are blocked by the safety gear box, and that the 3 cabins further back from that should be fine???

Oh wiat a minute...I found some photos of the exterior of the ship, and it appears that there are almost total obstructions of E 709 E711 and E717 caused by cables that are rolled up.

 

Does anyone have any experience in any of these specific cabins, or the equivalent ones on the opposite side?
