Since the shops in the background was closed, I'd assume this was late night/early morning shot, and not officially sanctioned ;)

During the 4-day Labadee Extravaganza pre- Inaugural they were letting everyone get in the car touch it etc. the following week during the Inaugural they put the sign out Please Do Not Touch

....is blown by this little button. My kids were able to blow it three times each as we left Labadee. Very special.

 

The photo is bad is a photo (in fact it's a still frame from a bad video), but still captures the moment for us.
