Wild game can not be sold commercially only taken for personal use, so that means that the restaurants don't have wild game. You can get reindeer but that's because it's been farmed and it's not wild.

As Susan said, no native wild game can be commercially sold, so unless you can get an invitation to someone's house for a moose bbq, you're out of luck. However, I did see something recently about farmed elk being available and reindeer sausage is ubiquitous.
