Quiet Beach Bar Belize

Hi, need some help with Belize.

 

We are looking for a quiet beach bar (no Senor Frog type place) with beach chairs, lots of shade available, decent food and variety of beers. We don't like the loud places, more the "Corona" experience to just kick back.

 

Any suggestions?

No such animal in Belize proper. The Tourist Village has the Wet Lizard and anothe rplace. Both very busy. No beach. My best suggestion is to take a water taxi to Caye Caulker or San Pedro. The beaches there are somewhat laid back. Not too many if any anemities. There are restaurants with bars and you can certainly have your Belikan there (or Lighthouse, if you're in the Cornona mood). Plenty of threads here on these places. But DO NOT expect to see prsitine white beaches with cabana and cabana boys serving you. Ain't gonna be there.

Thanks for the info. Maybe we'll save the "Corona" commerical for another stop and just hit the ruins.
