How fast do shore excursions sell out?

My husband wants to wait until we come back from another trip in June before purchasing any excursions for the cruise. My cruise is for Century in Oct. Should I be concerned or can we take our time?

Take you time.

I think the line would add extra excursions if the original ones sold out.

You could also look on-line in the port you will be going into to book directly.

It all depends on the shore excursion. If there are only a limited number of openings - helipcopter rides in Alaska for example - or a limited time in port, they might sell out quickly. If there is something that you really want to do that would ruin your trip if you missed, then book it early.

We've been able to book excursions on the ship, but those we really wanted to take we booked early. You should be fine to wait until you return from your cruise.
