Glory or Fantasy in November?

I am hard at work finding a cruise that leaves from Charleston, SC. I have never cruised on Carnival so I need the advice of some experts. It will be a "girls-only" cruise. We are mostly in our 40's and 50's. I am in charge of booking and have been trying to decide for a week. Can anyone offer any wisdom? Thank you :)
