dates to avoid in Asia?

Other than Christmas/New Year holidays, are there specific school holiday dates that one should avoid booking for Costa Asia cruises? I am looking at March dates for KL, Phuket, etc. sailings. Would I need to worry about rowdy kids?

We are booked for May. Last time we were on the Superstar Aquarius it was school holidays and there were lots of kids from India on the ship but they were very well behaved. I wouldn't worry too much. - mummsie :)
