Lobster?

On a 5 night cruise, is lobster served one of the nights? How many formal nights are there? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply! Is lobster on the longer cruises? We did a 7 night and had it then, but it was 4 years ago. Are they not doing it at all anymore, or just not on the shorter cruises?

Yes it's on the last formal night....which was the 6th night on a 7 day cruise..

Last week I was on a 5 night on the Navigator and had one formal night and we DID have lobster one night. I think it was the last night.

None in November 5-night to Bermuda.

The last two cruises I have taken have both been 5 night cruises and the Fisherman's Platter (small lobster tail and shrimp) have been on both. I found it very good!

No lobster tail on the 5 night to Bermuda on the Explorer the last time we went. We did have it as part of the Fisherman's Platter on the last formal night of the last two 7 night Serenade cruises. It is generally a "rock lobster" tail and is alright.

 

I don't cruise for the lobster, but the rock lobster tails have been good. I still prefer cold water Maine Lobsters, which fortunately are usually available to us here in CT at reasonable prices.

Did a 4 night on Soverign in 2007 and had lobster. Also did a 5 night on Enchantment in 2008 and had lobster. Things may have changed, so can't tell you.
