Our flight lands at 1:30A.M. will we have a problem getting a cab to our hotel at this hour? We are staying at the Coast Coal Harbor about how much will the taxi fare be?

No problem getting a taxi, the Cathay flight from New York is popular

About $35, it will be pretty dead at 02:00

Cost of taxi.... Having recently taken cabs on this route or a little short of this route actually. You Should up your cost with out tip another $5.00 or so.

I was basing that on a 2am taxi ride which is going to have no traffic to contend with; but yes, $40 is probably a good round number.

Am I missing somthing or has Vancouver had a cab fare increase recently ....because my last trip from downtown out to YVR in traffic and all of the summer/early fall downtown construction was closer to $35 than $40 and that was mid morning. :confused:
