May 3-7 Imagination - Upper Deck Help

My boyfriend and I (both 24) are thinking of booking the May 3-7 Western Carribbean cruise on the Carnival Imagination. I've cruised twice before, both times on RCCL as a teenager traveling with my mom. I'm excited about taking my first Carnival cruise on a recently renovated ship.

We're trying to avoid extra noise and, preferrably, feeling too much of the ship's motion, as I'm very, very prone to seasickness. With the upgrades that Carnival is offering we could get an Oceanview cabin on the Upper Deck for a total of $754 with taxes and fees included. There are also two cabins available on the Main Deck, but both are right near the elevators. The only cabins available are U45, U243, U241, U237, U223, U230, U227, and U228. The last two appear to be cabins all the way at the very back of the ship.

Which room would be the best pick if looking to avoid noise from floors above/below, as well as extra motion?
