Wine Packages on board

I am getting ready to sail on Saturday, and I have a question about the wine packages. I signed up for the 5 bottle package but do I need to do anything to get it once I board the ship or will I get something at checkin? Also, can I take any bottle back to my room? Is there any way to purchase just a glass, say, before dinner, from one of the bars, or can I only buy a bottle at dinner?
