princesskristen Posted March 28, 2010 #5 Share Posted March 28, 2010 Beer and cheese actually sounds really good! I'm not a wine drinker so the beer idea especially appeals to me since I love beer (dark/amber ales) and I love cheese.

Brangwen Posted March 28, 2010 #10 Share Posted March 28, 2010 A large cheese store here in Philly actually did a series of beer/cheese pairings, using area microbrews. They invited a rep in from the featured brewery of the pairing and you got to sample several of their brews, along with the cheese store's cheeses of course. Quite tasty! :D

chasm4u Posted March 29, 2010 #16 Share Posted March 29, 2010 Count me in too! Although the best pairing with beer has to be chinese crab rangoons. Perfect with a beer.

CruisingAgain Posted March 30, 2010 #24 Share Posted March 30, 2010 I too wish Carnival would have beer tasting (and pair it with anything). Disney had beer tasting and it really shocked me. Of course, we went to every one that we could!!!!
MrOCT31 Posted March 30, 2010 #25 Share Posted March 30, 2010 Well for this one I don't need Carnival! One month to beerfest! You can see what I'm talking about here: http://www.calhomebrewers.org/ I'd be happy if Carnival just carried a better selection of beers! The water they typically serve is just that! Give me a Racer 5 IPA from Bear Republic or the best IPA ever Pliny the Elder from Russian River, heck even a Stone Runination or Arrogant Bastard! Now those would make cruising even better than it already is! Remember beer is not the answer, it's the question. The answer is YES!
