suwaneedad Posted March 29, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 29, 2010 We have 9 adults and 9 kids cruising Fantasy 4/5. We are 5 different families, all booking thru different agencies and a few direct w Carnival. Advice for getting all of us to dine together (presumably at two large adjacent tables)? We're all waitlisted for My Time, and confirmed for Early. Thanks.
*Mach* Posted March 29, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2010 You'll need to get one of the TAs to link the bookings. As only a few are booked with Carnival the PVPs can not link for you. Once linked you all should be seated in the same area but not necessarily at two tables... perhaps three... maybe four. :)
Traveler353 Posted March 29, 2010 #3 Share Posted March 29, 2010 Because you are all spread out cabin and agency wise I would think that the only thing that you can do is ask when you get on board. If they can accomidate you they will. Good Luck.
suwaneedad Posted April 1, 2010 Author #4 Share Posted April 1, 2010 Thank you both. We'll try it on board. CCL has proven to be really inefficient in all phone conversations.
yogi2929 Posted April 1, 2010 #5 Share Posted April 1, 2010 As Mach said have one of your TAs link the bookings together. If all 18 of you are going to eat at the same time for AnyTime dining be aware that all need to be there to be seated. Might want to get there when the MDR opens or wait to about 7:30 to avoid a wait.
MCC retired Posted April 1, 2010 #6 Share Posted April 1, 2010 You can ask one of those TA's to do it .He/she just needs all of your Reservation #'s . One phone call to Carnival does it all. I use to do it occasionaly when I was a TA . Of course if your waitlist for Anytime clears, it's wasted effort.;)

It's for that reason that one of the TAs will need to make the call to link the bookings... :)
