Duty free question to alaska

I could be wrong but I don't see how the stop in Victoria would have anything to do with it. If you buy beforehand they just hold it for you until that evening I assume? Good question though, I will be watching this one!

I assume maybe what the OP is getting at is the fact that the last evening the ship is in Victoria until 11:59pm? We have often had our duty free in the cabin earlier in the evening on other cruises, but never had a late night port the night before the cruise ends, especially in another country.
