Duty free question to alaska

is alcahol and tabacco duty free on this cruise from seattle to alaska with a stop in victoria B.C.:)

I could be wrong but I don't see how the stop in Victoria would have anything to do with it. If you buy beforehand they just hold it for you until that evening I assume? Good question though, I will be watching this one!

You will likely be permitted to purchase it while in Canadian waters but it will be held for you until the last day (evening) of your cruise when it will be delivered to your cabin.

I assume maybe what the OP is getting at is the fact that the last evening the ship is in Victoria until 11:59pm? We have often had our duty free in the cabin earlier in the evening on other cruises, but never had a late night port the night before the cruise ends, especially in another country.
