Well.. his real name is Aurthur, but he let's you call him Art! JK

 

Seriously though, "Chef Art" is the presentation of the meal - how it's plated, garnished, etc. Certain Chef's take great pride in making their creations look as good as they tatse.

OP Chefs Art steakhouse is on the dream, but they are also offering a new dining experience called Chefs table which is NOT the steakhouse but a whole different dining experience, 75.00 pp with wine included(this may be mixed drinks now we are not sure) and a set gourmet menu with wonderful offerings, there is a menu in a thread titled Chefs Table which was around a couple days ago.

"The Chef's Art" is the name of the steakhouse on Carnival Dream.
