Price drop on 5/3/2010 Imagination - upgrade?

I booked an oceanview room on the Imagination sailing 5/3/10 for $289 plus tax. The rate is now down to $249. I was not eligible for the Early Saver promotion. I know I can't get an OBC, but can I get an upgrade?

If they have a cabin equal in value to what you have paid and in a higher category they should upgrade you...IF THEY HAVE A CABIN THAT FITS YOUR PARTY.
