We are booked cruise in Feb. I understand this cabin might be right below the buffet. I am wondering if there is lots of noise? We have never been right at the back of the ship before, usually sail mid ship, so seemed like fun to try once. Any thoughts?

I have a definite thought :D -- you chose the perfect location! That's the cabin we chose, too. Yes, it is under the back part of the buffet, which I believe is outdoors. We've had a cabin in the same location on another ship, and although we could hear them moving the chairs in the mornings to clean the deck, it wasn't noticeably loud. We felt the location far surpassed any noise we heard. I think you'll love it back there.
