I have made reservations on line before our cruises and never did receive a confirmation - we just go to the restaurant when we boarded and make reservations there. They usually aren't extremely busy. We always book for 2nd at sea day - the first sea day is Captains Dinner (now known as Elegant Night) and don't want to miss. I like a sea day as I am not exhausted after an excursion. By the way Harry's was excellent - make sure to order the chocolate sampler dessert if you are a chocolate lover - it is to die for.

Agree on all counts....if you do book in advance , you may or may not get a confirmation.

We booked the Steakhouse on the Miracle two weeks ago, and got an e-mail confirmation the next morning. we are cruising at the end of the year.:D
