I'm not sure if they've changed it back or not, but last May the visitor center was located on Water Street, not to far from the bus stop on Duke of York Street. (Actually between both streets, up some stairs from Water)

 

That's where we bought our bus passes after our ship docked there in St George.

On the Bermuda tourism website the address is quite vague. So I am not sure which location is accurate.
