cruzy-sue Posted April 10, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 10, 2010 We are considering this RCCI offered excursion as we have been to Rome before - but not inside St. Peter's Basilica. Has anyone out there ever taken this excursion? If so - I have a question: Will we have to stand in a long line to get in to the Basilica? Or does RCCI get to "hop the line"???? Thanks in advance!
ab0si Posted April 10, 2010 #2 Share Posted April 10, 2010 I have never had to wait to get into St Peter's .. unless something major was going on inside in which case all the other tourists had to wait with me. :)
euro cruiser Posted April 10, 2010 #3 Share Posted April 10, 2010 RCCI isn't going to get you any special consideration. Sometimes there is a short line to get into the Basilica, but the line is for security and everyone must go through it and put their stuff through the x-ray machine.
