passport question

hey yall got an email today saving my passport has been sent out and

should arrived by april 17 okay question with the email there was a ups

tracking # so does ups delivered the passport or does it come regular mail

It will come from the Department of State in New Hampshire. Priority Mail. Your old passports if you had them come First Class Mail.

depends on what kind of ups service it is. UPS Basic and UPS Mail Innovations gives mail and packages to the USPS so it can be delivered as regular mail

I also received mine through USPS Priority Mail, but from the New Orleans Passport Office. Either way, you should receive it fairly quickly.
