I spoke with someone at RC, they said you can only book Family OV for 5 or more, is that true?

It's true, unless and until they release that cabin to any and all.....and they do, at times....but it's usually close to sail date, if that catagory isn't selling.

And, you'll have to book on the phone...not online.
