MSC Muster Drill

Not been on MSC.

Can someone fill me in on how Muster Drill compares in simplicity, execution, time, with something like RCI, Celebrity which is the height of simplicity?

Can't tell you how it will compare to those other lines as I've only sailed MSC. What i can tell you is that if your 2 day trip is part of an overall longer cruise and you are not the first point of embarkation, there may not be one at all.
