All-Inclusive resort day passes?

Are there any resorts near by that we could go to that offer day passes? We are considering going to one in Playa Del Carmen because we found out that they offer some, but not sure about Cozumel. First time cruising, but have stayed at resorts and just afraid we'll be missing it!

Several resorts have AI passes. Prices can vary for no particular reason ($30-$50 seems ot be the range) and availability is limited. Melia Cozumel, Occidental, Reef Club, Fiesta Americana, ... You would have to email/call for price and availability on the specific date you are interested in.
