It seems they encourage you to book in advance on-line to guarantee a spot. Is this really necessary? Does the garage fill up?

 

And if it's a good idea, I couldn't find out any information about what might happen if you have to cancel your cruise at the last minute - we'll have insurance for that...but would you just lose your parking money?

Here is the basic information. I'm not at all sure about refunds of parking fees. You should contact Republic about that.
