Do zip line in St. Lucia or Antigua?

I'm researching for a 2011 Southern Caribbean cruise... My friend and I are not traditional "tour" people. Sitting in a bus/van and hearing about the history of the area is just not for us. We prefer more adventerous (but not overly strenous, we're kinda lazy) tours.

 

I had originally thought to do the zip lining in Antigua, but I see that it is also available in St. Lucia. I am having trouble coming up with something to do there that isn't a traditional van tour.

 

Has anyone done the ziplining in both places? Which do you prefer? Neither one of us wants to do a ropes course, we just want to do the zip lines.

myself DhH and DS ziplined in St Lucia in May 2009. we decided to zip there because we got mor bang for our buck... more lines and longer lines to zip on:)

antigua we just took a cab to the beach.. they have BEAUTFUL beaches there.
