RedHeadTexan Posted April 27, 2010 #2 Share Posted April 27, 2010 We were on the Spirit in December and were able to wear jeans in the dining room on casual dress night. DH wore khakis or jeans and tropical shirts most nights. I wore jeans and blouses or sundresses.
STARFISH*4 Posted April 27, 2010 #3 Share Posted April 27, 2010 i think on the SPIRIT more than the STAR and JEWEL it was the most RELAXED dress....there are DRESS UP or NOT evenings on NCL and the percentage varies from cruise to cruise, ship to ship as to how many DRESS...its your CHOICE ...resort casual is ALWAYs welcome and nice jeans you will see MORE and MORE wearing now days--my hubby most nites wore the khakis and jeans with polos or island print shirts...i dress up a bit more as i dont get much ocassion to at home and i want to ENJOY my CRUISE findings....RELAX, ENJOY...ITS FREE~STYLE:Dwe LOVE NCL just for that reason...its MY CHOICE;)

Happy ks Posted April 29, 2010 #6 Share Posted April 29, 2010 I've only been on two NCL cruises, but have to say I didn't even think there was a "dress code". Other than not wearing shorts, it was "anything goes". I swear I've never seen so many ball caps worn to dinner other than at a fast food joint. So, since you ask and care what you are wearing, you should be absolutely fine.
