How is camp carnival on the dream? and room location?

I think we are leaning towards trying the Dream in 2 years. How is Camp Carnival there? I know it can be quite different in 2 years but what have people's experiences been lately?

Also, the Oceanview rooms seem to be on lower decks. Is it easy to get around from there?

We did the Dream in January and the camp carnival staff for the ages 2-5 were wonderful! They were wonderful with my kids (2 and 4). My kids always came back to the room with some crafts they did. My kids were begging me to go to camp carnival every day. On our previous cruises my son didn't want to go to camp but this cruise he wanted to and really enjoyed it.
