hotel booking services

I read but can't find the thread that talked about who cruisers are booking their hotels thru. I did find this one mentioned valuetrips.com and I do know about Priceline.com and Hotwire.com, but there was one "somewhere" on the boards that had the word ROOMS in it and many stated they like it because it was great on prices and you knew your hotels before you booked AND you could cancel...we have 1 couple with health issues that may at the last minute stop them from cruising. Can anyone help please?
