btw, if you ever happen across one of those heineken buckets - HOLD ON TO IT!!! most of the buckets are those flimsy plastic corona ones... the heineken ones are very hard, clear plastic with handles - far superior. we never gave that bucket back, and would bring it to venus that didn't have buckets (like the piano bar)

and sometimes, the occasion may call for a more formal approach:

hehe. the bar waiter in the mdr got to know me pretty well.. one night, i ordered a bud at dinner... and the smartass waiter asked 'would you like a bucket?' ;)

And believe it or not i've never had a Long Island Ice Tea, so i'm hoping they are having the special that Mark posted about for the casino and i'll give it a try. Also I want to try a mohjito or however you spell it! LOL Oh and of course dont forget the buckets of ice cold miller lite sitting poolside! Oh what a miserable week this is going to be waiting for the cruise to roll around!

check the atrium bar first, for the signature drink special... that's where that poster was posted, and for some reason, that's where we always tended to order such drinks - throughout the course of the cruise... coincidence or not, i can attest that they were giving the match there from the first day / drink... we couldn't figure out, at first, why we got a 5.00 match with each of our 4 mojitos, but we weren't complaining! you might inquire there, what other bars have the deal available...

the LIT is one of the better values, per kick for the dollar - and the mojitos are tasty!

and, i feel your pain!

And on another note, Falkcor so nice to see you back! We found a house and sign off on it this friday so come August Galveston will truly be a home port for us! :D Sailing on the Ecstacy the 10th to celebrate our Anniversary and the new house! ;)

thanks! and congratulations!!! on both your anniversary, and the new house... can't beat that drive to port ;)

I love Firefly and Sweet and Sour. In case some of you don't know Firefly is Sweet Tea flavored Vodka, It's absolutely amazing and some what refreshing. I'm hoping the Pride will have some type of sweet tea vodka.

What is in this?!?!? Looks great! Also looks like one helluva hard stain to get out of a carpet if you overindulged.

It has blue curacao, rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream in it. It is SOO good - you definitely need to try it!!

Me...I like to do things different! I get a "86"...a mixed shot of: 8th bottle from the left on top shelf, 6th bottle from the left on bottom shelf. Just chug it and hope it's good...don't even ask what was in it! You'll get some funny looks from bartenders with this one! And best of all..it's different where ever you go!
