It sounds great, but it's not for cruises on the Jewel or summer cruises out of New York.

The only cruises to the Bahamas that are on sale are in November on the Gem out of New York. I guess New Yorkers will never get a break on summer cruises, especially now that there are Nick activities.

The prices for the Special Nick cruises are outrageous. The inside room is selling for more than I paid for a balcony for a cruise in July. I don't think a live actor is worth paying that much, especially for a cruise in February.

NCL has a sale on Alaska cruises, even the summer price for a 3rd person is cheaper, but to fly to Seattle isn't cheap from New York. The airfare to Seattle on Jetblue is close to $500 per person.

I was so excited when I saw the sale of $99.00 for a kid, but then when I realized it was for 3 or 4 day cruises on the sky out of Miami to the Bahamas.

I admit, the sale banner caught my eye! We have our spring break cruise booked on the Voyager out of Galveston, though I did see the Norwegian Spirit out of New Orleans has a similar itinerary. I just don't know if it's an apples to apples comparison...
