Probably not - the prior packages did not inlcude mini-bar or room service, so likely the new packages do not include these items as well.

I don't know. I was thinking about this. If one person in the room has a liquor package then whose to say that anyone else in the room without one wouldn't be the one drinking from the mini bar. I wouldn't see how they could include that in the package. imho

Hadn't thought of that. Good point. We would both be getting the package. We do enjoy having a drink on our balcony. Not sure it would pay to get the packages if we still had to pay for them!
