Hampton Inn Miami Airport--nearby dining options

Can anyone tell me what dining options there are within easy and safe walking distance of the Hampton Inn near the Miami airport. We won't be arriving until after 7 p.m. and just want a place to have a quick bite, without having to take a taxi.

 

We would really prefer a fast food option, like McDonalds or Burger King. Is there one nearby?

BK and Starbucks are in the shopping center that is a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel. There is also a Chinese place and a Cuban place (Casa Juan), both with sit-down or take-out service, plus a nice looking Italian place. The Publix grocery store deli may be an option, and I'm sure the hotel could tell you which pizza places will deliver. Good luck!:)

we ate there...sit down but they do a lot of take-out...the food was really GOOD and LOTS of it....resonably priced too...we would go back there if we are ever over that way again--we talk about the GOOD CHINESE food we had in Miami all the time;)

Are you staying at the Hampton Inn West or the Hampton Inn Blue Lagoon?

 

Blue Lagoon has BK, McDonalds and Wendy's. Burger King is in the plaza out the right of the hotel entrance... McDonalds is straight out the entrance and to the left and Wendy's is hiding behind the Walgreens immediately infront of the hotel.

 

There's a CVS across from Walgreens, a grocery store in the plaza. The plaza includes Gamestop, which the boys in my family loved.

 

We ordered pizza one night, Papa Johns, and they were quick with the delivery.

 

If you are staying at the Airport West.....Can't help ya :)
