I have not stayed in these cabins, but I have seen one on a cabin crawl. It was OK. Looking at the floorplan of the ship, I would not expect any undue noise from above or below, since it's the promenade deck. Of course you know that it's an obstructed view, right? There may be some early morning noise if there are ports that require tendering from the boats being lowered.
