last-minute excursion

Can someone recommend an excursion?

 

I tried contacting Spirit of the West to go horseback riding, but never heard back. is the honeysuckle ride (through celebrity) any good? Please, do not recommend anything else interacting animals. No stingrays, no turtles, etc. (though, I don't consider snorkeling as interacting with animals, or at least it shouldn't include that...). Also, nothing cheesy like "Hell".

Do Royal Palms, Sea Grapes, etc. have nice places near them for lunch to walk to? Food sounds kinda crappy at those places.

We had a great time doing the submarine Atlantis. A little costly, but a once in a life time experience.:)
