Smoking on explorer

I know this is not a good question to ask , i hope it does not start another war and if it does im sorry, smokers and non-smokers can both be so unconsiderate of each other! So hopefully this will not start one of the wars! Does anyone know where you can smoke on the ship? What about balcony?
