Night horseback riding in rainforest ... anyone been?

I'm going to San Juan in April but will only be in port from 5-midnight. I was looking for some reviews on the night horseback riding in the rainforest offered by Carnival. Has anyone done this? Got any opinions or advice? Thanks!

Interested in hearing any replies to this post. We are considering a Carnival cruise, but are hesitating because of the hours in San Juan (evening only). Any other suggestions of what to do in the evening?
