I have used them four times, with no problems. A few months ago, people on the boards were complaining about their customer service and the fact that they would not honor Cruise line coupons. I love their website, and usually start there for online information. I'm currently using CruiseQuick for my online needs--but this is an e-mail only agency--it's best if the customer knows what they want, when they want it..., Great prices!!!

Enjoy! Kel

Well thanks Kel, but I don't own a computer, how does that help me?

I've booked several cruise with them and they went off without a hitch. I did have a few problems with the last cruise I booked but it was equally my fault. I wasn't patient, when they had time to deal with me the problem was resolved. They are great if you correspond via email.

Our last cruise was with ICruise. No problem.

Newt, there are always smoke signals which you can use to emulate the ones and zeroes of computer code. Or how about head bobbings? Below the board= zero, above the board = 1.
