cprofits Posted May 20, 2010 #1 Share Posted May 20, 2010 Would the square footage and furniture be the same on a Nieuw Amsterdam aft balcony cabin on the upper promenade deck and upper verandah deck? Thank you.
E-500 Posted May 20, 2010 #2 Share Posted May 20, 2010 Upper Prom veranda is larger. Same furniture for both. Assuming N. Amster is the same as E-Dam.
High Flyer Posted May 21, 2010 #3 Share Posted May 21, 2010 We had a stern cabin VA7138 on the Eurodam and the cabin was several feet deeper than our previous Eurodam V cabin on the Navigation Deck but the balcony on the stern cabin may have been a little smaller. Our stern balcony had a chase lounger in addition to the wicker chairs, foot rest and small table. Interior furnishings were the same as 2 other cabins we have enjoyed on Eurodam. Nothing beats having room service and watching the sun rise over the ship's wake and watching it set over cocktails. Sail on.:)
cprofits Posted May 21, 2010 Author #4 Share Posted May 21, 2010 Thanks for your replies. I should have been more clear. I meant the size and furniture on the balcony only. I have a cabin on the upper promenade booked but have the option to move to the upper verandah. I wanted to make sure there was really no reason to move. I thought I had read somewhere that the upper promenade balconies were a bit larger. Thank you for your confirmation.
