Ventura - Caribbean cruise

Have cruised P & O many times but never to a warm climate so this is a pretty trivial question, but with luggage weight restrictions is a valid one I hope.

 

I know that on most ships towels are provided by pool areas but am wondering about towels to take to the beach, I'm assuming their towels are not to be taken off the ship, so am thinking buy a couple of beach towels at the first port and dispose of them afterwards to avoid any unwanted luggage weight. Any advise would be appreciated.

You are allowed to take the pool towels off to the beaches, so no need to worry :)

We bought lightweight climber's rucksacks to replace our heavy trolley dollies

hand luggage.

P&O allow you to take their pool towels off the ship to use as beach towels so that will save you the expense of buying them , enjoy the cruise.
