NCL Star - Butler/Concierge Tipping Protocol

We'll be in a GV next week on the Star, and am curious as to what is appropriate tipping protocol for the butler and/or concierge during the cruise. We were in an AA suite on the Pride of America last summer, but I forget what we tipped the butler. We didn't ask much of the butler, but tipped anyway.

 

Any guidelines as to what is/isn't appropriate would be most appreciated. We are fairly low maintenance people, and don't expect to run folks ragged. At the same time, we want to make sure people who help us are 'made whole.'
