Glory cabin description question

Does anyone know what the note at the bottom means? especially the OST3??

Cabin 1280 6B OST4 220 sq ft

Beds: twin/king-1 upper-1 sofabed rab:0 cabin connects to: 1284

TV; telephone; 110 AC current; individual climate control; hair dryer wall safe; minibar; 3-closets; shower;

Note: Cabin has twin/king-1 sofabed (6B OST3) on: VA

Thats just means on the Carnival Valor that room will only hold 3 pax instead of 4. It does not have a upper bed to sleep the 4th. But its only on the Valor..all other CQ class ships its a cabin for 4. Hope that helps.
