Coastal Hike Excursion

Has anyone done Carnival's coastal hike excursion? I am undecided on what to do in St. Maarten. I am going with my 16 year old nephew, and do not want to take him to a nude beach. I don't think his mom would be too happy with me.

Can anyone tell me about this excursion? I have not seen it reviewed and Carnival only gives minimal information on it.

Does anyone have any ideas of things to do that do not end up at a nude beach?

How far away is Maho Beach from the pier? I know that all beaches can be topless, but it seems as though it is not as common here.
