Help! Shuttles/Hotels in Bayonne?

Hi, I am cruising on Voyager on June 27th and am having a difficult time finding a reliable shuttle service to and from hotels, Newark airport and pier. If anyone stayed at a reliable hotel that offered shuttles or anyone knows a good shuttle service, please help! The Best Western in Newark supposedly offers shuttle to and from the cruise ship and also from the pier to the airport after the cruise, but I have called numerous times with a different response every time. Thanks so much!
