mistretta Posted February 3, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2005 I am traveling with my family (dh, 3yr. old daughter and 2 yr old son) anyway this is our first cruise and we are also bringing my parents along for help. I was looking into some excursions for us as a family and everything I looked at (booking thru carnival) would not allow me to book my son who is 2 - now I understand that I wouldn't want to take him on a party drink cruise but I would like to take my kids to the beach? Also my husband would like to deep sea fish at one of the ports - would you recommend booking thru carnival or does anyone have someone to refer me too? The two ports are Grand Caymen and Cozumel. We have booked an oceanview guarantee - hopefully it is enough room for all 4 of us :o We have traveled alot but always to "all-inclusive" resorts so I am hoping that cruising will work for us as a family. Thanks in advance for your help Penny
rburns44 Posted February 3, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 3, 2005 I was just on the Inspiration at Christmas but did not have little children. You can take your kids to the beach without going through the ship. Much cheaper infact. Also here is a web site that has lots of different ideas for Cozumel including fishing. http://www.cozumelinsider.com/Activities Hope this helps.
